Our casual yoga sessions are open to our B&B guests and drop-in visitors alike and are taught by a number of fully certified yoga instructors who cater to all experience levels. Our motto is "this is your practice" and we encourage you to take this hour not just to exercise but to connect with yourself, calm your mind and really feel your body stretch and rejuvenate with the gentle but powerful movements.
At Robin Hill, we believe that regular yoga practice is a deeply powerful tool for fortifying the body, mind, and spirit. Why? Yoga's use of asanas (posture), focused concentration on specific parts of the body, and pranayama (deep breathing) help to connect the the body with the mind and the mind with the soul. Yoga postures help to condition the body, increasing mobility, flexibility, and energy. Yes, we take relaxation very seriously in Robin Hill and we believe that yoga complements our many treatments beautifully. Booking is not essential for our Yoga classes in Cobh but we on rainy days, when room is limited, we advice that you let us know to reserve a mat for you. If you are staying with us, simply let one of a members of staff know you'll be attending. If you are dropping in, call us on 0214812222.
